Additional Shipping Limitation: Any Refusals of a package may result in a 15 to 90 business day return transit time with the carrier and we will be unable to refund the account until the package is successfully returned to us. We are also not responsible if there is a delay with UPS or USPS due to weather conditions or natural disasters. 
Shipments to Military Addresses may take an additional 18-45 days depending on the location.

We would like to know about any issues within 7 days of you receiving your items. If you receive the wrong size or the wrong item, no problem just let us know and we will arrange a replacement to be sent out right away. Please note that if it is our fault, we will cover all expenses, there is no exception to this rule. However, if you make the wrong choice, you are responsible for the return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non refundable. We offer free shipping but that is on the order only not for returns or mistakes made by the customer.

The merchandise must be in new condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of soiled items, nor prepackaged items that have been opened and therefore made not eligible for resale. Also, we ask that all products must include an RA # which you will receive when you contact us and all products be in a condition for resale otherwise we will have to refuse the package.

NO COSTUME RETURNS AFTER 10/20 for refunds, store credit only. No Christmas costume returns after 12/24. Please note, that if you are returning more than one item, you will have the choice of 100% store credit or a refund minus 15% for restocking fee.

BY LAW, THONGS, G-STRINGS, TEDDIES, BRAS, BIKINIS AND OTHER INTIMATELY WORN APPAREL ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
