Return Policy

What items are returnable?
  • All items within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging with tags attached
  • We will accept a maximum of three items per order.
  • The only exceptions are costumes. However, we can make exceptions if this is your first time returning one.
  • If you need to return more than five items, please Contact Us.
What items are non-refundable?
  • Free items and promotional items (like buy 1 get 1).
  • Thongs, jocks, and costumes, lingerie, underwear.
  • For obvious reasons, we don’t trade back items that have already been used/worn/tried on.
  • For these types of items, we will be issuing a store credit.
Are there any charges for returns?
  • There is a 10% restocking fee.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping label costs.
How soon will we process the return?
  • Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you via email. It can take up to five business days to process your return after the package was delivered.
  • We will issue a gift certificate/discount code for future purchase, for your returned items. If you prefer a refund instead, please email us right after receiving the Gift Certificate, not before.
Easy Return Instructions
(No forms needed)
1. Pack all the return items (3 maximum), along with packing slip received, if possible. You can use the original package received, or you can use your own. If you have special instructions for your return, please include a note with your return.
2. Go to a local post office USPS, UPS or FedEx, to ship the package. Please find the return shipping address below.
3. Please make sure to ship your return with trackable postage. Please, keep the tracking number with you, in case you need it as proof of delivery.
4. You will receive an email within seven business days from the day we receive your item/s, and when the exchange was processed. After processing your return, we will issue a gift certificate/discount code unless you specify that you want to exchange it for another size. If you want a refund instead, please email us right after receiving the Gift Certificate, not before. *Remember, you can return up to 3 (three) items per order.

Replacements or Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same or another item, send us an email at sales@yummylook.com. We will provide you instructions for the return of items including shipping information. Once the exchange has been received, we will send you the discount code for the cost of the original item and request that you place a fresh order for any replacements.
