Política de devoluciones
- All items within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn
- In the original packaging with tags attached
- We will accept a maximum of three items per order.
- The only exceptions are costumes. However, we can make exceptions if this is your first time returning one.
- If you need to return more than five items, please Contact Us.
- Free items and promotional items (like buy 1 get 1).
- Thongs, jocks, and costumes.
- For obvious reasons, we don’t trade back items that have already been used/worn/tried on.
- For these types of items, we will be issuing a store credit.
- There is a 10% restocking fee.
- You are responsible for the return shipping label costs.
- Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you via email. It can take up to five business days to process your return after the package was delivered.
- We will issue a gift certificate/discount code for future purchase, for your returned items. If you prefer a refund instead, please email us right after receiving the Gift Certificate, not before.
Replacements or Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same or another item, send us an email at email@example.com. We will provide you instructions for the return of items including shipping information. Once the exchange has been received, we will send you the discount code for the cost of the original item and request that you place a fresh order for any replacements.
