- When are you open?
- Yummylook.com webstore is open 24 hours a day. You can place your order on our website at any time. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Eastern time Monday thru Friday.
- Where are you located? Our office is located in the Orlando, Florida region. We are outside of the city of Orlando. We have and utilize several distribution centers from where our products ship out from, across the U.S.
- How can I contact you for questions?

- What are the shipping options?
- We ship your orders with the USPS or UPS. All orders within the U.S 48 contiguous states ship for FREE, when you order $12 and above. Fast FREE shipping ships with USPS mail.
- What does your packaging look like?
- All orders are shipped in discreet plain non marked packaging or boxes.
- When will my order ship?
- We strive to get all orders out as quickly as possible. Most all orders will ship within 24 hours of you placing your order. Exceptions to this are Holidays and weekends, Which then your order will ship out the next business day after a holiday or weekend.
- When will I receive my order?
- Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 days after you receive your tracking information. Depending on where your delivery location is.
- How come I received more than 1 tracking number?
- Yummylook.com has several warehouses that we utilize and ship out from. Certain items are stocked in different warehouse locations. So you may get more than 1 tracking number if you have ordered more than 1 item and different types of products.
- Does yummylook.com sell official Brand merchandise?
- Yes! yummylook.com is an official seller for all the brands listed on our webstore. All items are brand new and come direct from the manufacturer and or their official suppliers. Some of our Featured brands are BeWicked,Mapale,Espiral,Elegant Moments,Rene Rofe, Allure Lingerie, Clever, Jor, Candyman, Ergowear, Joe Snyder, Male Power & more.
- What if I do not see my size listed?
- Please contact us with the item and size you are looking for and we will double check our inventory for you. Sometimes the software does not update as quickly and we may have the size you are looking for but it did not update on the site yet.
- What is the return policy?
- We expect if there are any issues with your item(s) that you should notify us within 15 days of receiving your item(s). Please click return policy for more information.
- Is yummylook.com website safe to use?
- Yes, absolutely! Yummylook.com utilizes the newest technology. All orders are encrypted, safe and secure. Look at your browser window upper left where you type in our website name and you will see first a lock as well as https. The S stands for secure. This means our site is encrypted and protected to current technology standards.
- How long has yummylook.com been in business?
- We opened our internet doors on January 2nd, 2017.
- How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
- Contact us right away, best way is to email us to sales@yummylook.com or use the contact us form with your full name, order number and what you are looking to change with your order.
- How do I make sure I order the right size?
- Please check out our sizing charts as well as product descriptions. Many items have size charts located within the written description or within the pictures. If you do not see them there please view our extensive size chart list here. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact us and let us know which item and we will help you.
