We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we’re here to help with an easy return for store credit.
How to Start a Return

Email us at sales@yummylook.com within 15 days of receiving your package.

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve this quickly:

Email us with your order number.

Attach clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item received.

Provide a brief description of the issue. Once verified, we will provide a pre-paid return label and send a replacement at no cost to you.
Return Guidelines
To keep our inventory fresh and hygienic for everyone, items must be:

Original Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Hygiene Standard: Due to the nature of our products, underwear and items that have been tried on cannot be returned or exchanged.

Final Sale: Mystery packs and clearance items are final sale.

Option 2: Original Payment – If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a 10% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from your total.
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once we receive your return. Please include your original packing slip or order number inside the return package.
