Returns Policy

Return Policy

We are a clothing and intimates store, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns of tried-on, worn or washed underwear, or items not in the condition in which they were received. If you find you need a different size, see below for instructions. We do NOT issue refunds for items returned as simply not wanted.

What items are returnable?
  • Certain items that are not touching intimate areas/genitalia
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging with tags attached
  • You need to contact us for approval for a return: Contact Us.
  • You will be issued store credit - Only up to two (2) items per order.
  • You will not be required to ship items back to us. (Saves you money)
What items are non-refundable?
  • Free items and promotional items (like buy 1 get 1).
  • Thongs, jockstraps, costumes, lingerie, underwear, swimsuits
  • For obvious reasons, we don’t trade back items that have already been used/worn/tried on.
  • For these types of items, we will be issuing a store credit, up to two (2) items per order.
Are there any charges for returns?
  • There is a 10% restocking fee.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping label costs.
  • If you order multiple items, please only open one item to make sure the size fits. If you do so and find the item does not fit, the other new, unopened, and unworn items may be returned.
    We do not provide return labels. It is the customers responsibility to return the item to us for exchange.
How soon will we process the return?
  • Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you via email. It can take up to five business days to process your return after the package was delivered.
  • We will issue a store credit that can be used on future purchases. Store credit will show as an option to pay at checkout.
Easy Return Instructions
1. Pack all the return items along with packing slip received, if possible. You can use the original package received, or you can use your own.
2. Go to a local post office USPS, UPS or FedEx, to ship the package. Please find our return shipping address in the email for your return.
3. Please make sure to ship your return with trackable postage. Please, keep the tracking number with you, in case you need it as proof of delivery.
4. You will receive an email within seven business days from the day we receive your item/s, and when the exchange was processed. After processing your return, we will issue an in store credit.

Replacements or Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different size or another item at same price, send us an email at sales@yummylook.com. We will provide you instructions for the return of items including shipping information. Once the exchange has been received, we will send you an email that your store credit has been issued for the cost of the original item and request that you place a fresh order for any replacements.

In the fashion industry, we are very conscious of the global issues of sustainability and the tremendous amount of returned clothing that is incinerated or goes into landfill. Underwear cannot be recycled. We therefore respectfully request our customers not to buy excess items with the intention of trying on and asking to return many of them, as we cannot accept these items back. 
If you believe you have received a defective item, please let us know immediately, with a photo of the fault, to sales@yummylook.com.
If a package is returned to us as “undeliverable” or “refused”, it will be processed for Store Credit less any shipping fees associated with the package.
Please note that mystery packs and any sale items are not returnable under any circumstances.
